BREAKFAST MCMUFFINS

Woohoo! What a way to start the morning with these amazing 'McMuffins'. Tasted even better than Mcdonalds and literally took me 5 minutes to make. They came out absolutely perfect, and yes I decided to be greedy and have 2 of them before my Saturday morning workout. These beauties will be making a regular appearance in my diet now - every day is a mcmuffin day, yay!

SHOPPING LIST

PER MUFFIN

1 x Wholemeal Muffin

1 x Egg

1 x Sausage (pork/turkey/chicken)

1 x Babybel light (cheese of choice)
2 x Circle Cooking Rings

  1. Firstly you will need to get 2 circle cooking rings, you are going to need these to make the circle sausage and egg, place them in a hot pan and spray with fry light

  2. Take the sausage out of it's skin and press into one of the circle rings, once this has moulded to the shape you can remove this circle ring and cook through, flipping occasionally

  3. Crack your egg into the second circle ring and leave to cook through

  4. Cut your muffin in half and lightly toast

  5. Place the cooked sausage circle on the muffin then on top of that goes the egg, babybell cut into slices then the top of the muffin

  6. Add your desired sauces and DEVOUR!
