
NUTELLA PIZOOKIE

One of the naughtier treats however this Pizookie (pizza-cookie) is so tasty, it was the best seller at the S20 Physique open day! Packed with oats, nutella and peaut butter you will not be dissapointed. Would go hand in hand with some ice cream... Mmmm....

1 1/4 cup rolled oats​​

1/4 cup protein powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup milk (may need a little more)

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips

nutella (desired amount)
HOW TO...

Preheat oven to 180C

In a small bowl mix together dry ingredients (oats, whey, baking soda) and in a large bowl beat peanut butter, brown sugar, milk, eggs & vanilla extract with electric mixer until smooth.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and fold in the chocolate chips

In a circle cake tin (greased or lined) divide the cookie dough so half is on the bottom, then add a layer of nutella and spread evenly, then add the other layer of cookie dough mixture and smooth over the best you can

Bake the pizookie for about 15-20 minutes checking regularly, remove from the oven when the sides start to brown.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes then enjoy!!
