Successful Weekend

This weekend has been pretty productive, I'm feeling quite content at the minute. Trying to get my cardio done, training in, meals in & not over-think next weekend too much.
I've had quite a relaxing weekend, spending Saturday morning with my best mate - we managed to get a lovely holiday booked together for 7 weeks time! We've been best friends forever and this will be our first girls holiday and our first holiday together so to say we're both very excited would be an understatement. We've booked the Liberty Hotel Lykia In Olu Deniz, Turkey for 10 nights in July, 5 star, all inclusive and it looks mind-blowing. I can't wait to relax, drink cocktails by the pool, get a tan and have a laugh with my best one (oh and eat lots of lovely food).
I also trained with my good friend Emma on Saturday afternoon at my old gym, The Foundry Gym in Ripley. Had an amazing shoulder session, was great to have a training buddy and be able to motivate and push one another through the session. Oh, and obviously have a catch up!
Today has been another great day, started off with the usual morning cardio and meal prepping followed by a trip into town with my best one, Lauren. Although we had only just got the holiday booked, we thought it would be a good idea to get a little holiday shopping done or at least get some ideas on what we need to buy! Came home with a bikini, playsuit and some flip-flops so I think by the time the holiday comes I may have a substantial amount of summer clothing because at the minute, I have NONE! This evening has consisted of more cardio, catching up with clients and getting ready for work tomorrow and ensuring all session plans are ready for tomorrow also.
I think it's almost time for bed now, another week to smash then I can take my foot off the pedals slightly on the diet side and have a little bit of much needed down time with my friends and family (who have put up with my prep for 5 months...poor them!)
More updates will follow throughout the week!
