What's been happening...

Since my last update a few things have happened, last week I was having some issues with my belly button, yes, my belly button! Something didn't feel right, straight away I suspected a hernia.... Went to the doctors the following day and had it confirmed that I have a little hernia in my belly button. I've been advised to rest and for a few days whilst it was hurting I did rest, however the pain has subsided so I've started back training again but just taking it easy and trying not to strain myself too much. Luckily it's only a small pea sized hernia and because it's in my actual belly button it's not too obvious!

This weekend wasn't the best on the diet front, Friday night my mum and her fella had pizza and I had to join in and have a slice. Saturday went out for a 3 course meal at Bella Italia and Sunday Rub Smokehouse for a burger and dessert!

Felt a little on the guilty side Sunday nigh after consuming so much crap however it's made me more determined to stick to my healthier eating in the run up to my holiday in 4 weeks time.

I've decided to start logging my food daily into an app called MyNetDiary - Keeping track of my macros and being sure not to overeat (which I can easily do when not tracking!)

My meals today are as follows

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs, 3 egg white omelette with tomatoes & mushrooms

Meal 2- 45g Oats & whey (post training) Meal 3 - Turkey mince, vegetables, 100g potato Meal 4 - 1 Heck chicken burger, mixed veg

Meal 5 - Same as above Meal 6 - Lean Mince & Veg Snacks include: Banana, Apple, Carrot Sticks (If i actually get hungry - i don't always eat them)

I'm hoping to get some of my healthy bake recipes added by the end of the week!!
