It's the weekend!

Spend this week trying to focus a little more on myself, I've written a list of my goals and what I need to do in order to achieve them. Goals related to work, life and other things.
This morning I'm going to start going through a few of the things on my list, crossing them off as I go and adding anything else as more ideas pop into my head. It's a great idea to set yourself a plan of action, what do you want to achieve? What do you need to do in order to get to that goal? Keep breaking these goals down and you're left with your own step by step guide!
This afternoon I'm going out for the first time in almost a year, having a few drinks in town - I probably won't last long being an absolute lightweight but I'm looking forward to having some downtime and a laugh with my close ones.
