10 days!

I can't believe it's only 10 days until I go on holiday - it only seems like yesterday when me and my mate were booking it... Now the time has almost come, so excited.
This week has been good on the work front, I feel like i've had a really productive week, I have loads of amazing ideas regarding my personal training for both existing clients and newcomers which I hope will be in full swing when returning from holidays. I've spent most of the weekend sorting out plans for clients to complete whilst i'm away and also creating some really cool documents for clients also.
Training through the week has been okay, I've been to a few classes at pure gym this weekend which I have really enjoyed. It's nice to have someone else pushing me for a change, i've enjoyed the challenge and i'll certainly be doing a few more of those next week. My diet has been up and down all week, I think it could be do to my lack of prepping my meals in advance so therefore I have spent an hour today prepping my meals for the next few days to ensure that I stay on track.
I'm hoping to add another recipe on here this week so keep your eyes peeled for that. Slowly I'll start adding more content on here along with what meals I'm having, my daily macros etc :)
