Quick meal prep done this morning for 3 days, I always feel a sense of relief when I have my meals prepped and ready to go, makes life a lot easier not having to worry about what I'm going to eat and when.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive, I do all of my shopping at Aldi and todays shop came to around £30 for 3 days which is just £10 a day for 6 meals - baring in mind bags or rice, sweet potato, green beans, oats, they all last me well over a week.

The most important thing when meal prepping for me is laying all my tupperware out in some orderly fashion so I know what is going where, I tend to line them up in days making the dishing up process a lot quicker. I was in the kitchen roughly over an hour this afternoon to get this done, so easy.

I recommend using various herbs and spices when cooking, I have so many different ones!! I boil rice with turmeric, garlic, chilli and herbs - hence the funky colour.

Chicken is pan fried with garlic, curry powder and ginger.

Salmon, again pan fried with ginger and garlic (I like to pan fry this is coconut oil to get crispy skin!)

Sweet potatos, baked with the skin on to save time, sprinkled with cinnamon

Oats with whey and cinnamon

Current macros are roughly: Calories: 2000kcal Protein: 190g Carbs: 230g Fat: 20g

Any questions feel free to leave a comment and i'll get back to you as soon as :)
