Yesterday my friend Lauren came to S20 Physique wanting a killer workout, so thats what she got.
Heres the full session programme and weights lifted.
1) MTS-V SQUAT - Warm up set, 20 reps - 3 working sets, 3 normal reps, 2 slow - 15 reps, 5 pulses [set 1: 45kg | set 2: 55kg | set 3: 65kg]
2) Leg Press - 3 sets, 12 reps (slow)
[set 1: 100kg | set 2: 120kg | set 3: 130kg]
3) Leg Extension - 3 sets Set 1: 20 reps (21kg) Set 2: Drop set, 15/20 reps (35kg, 21kg)
Set 3: Triple drop set, 12/15/20 reps (42kg, 28kg, 14kg) 4) Bulgarian Split Squats (Smith Machine) Set 1: 15 reps each leg @ 10kg Set 2: 12 reps each leg @ 20kg Set 3: 10 reps each leg at @ 22.5kg 5) Side steps with mini resistance band (super heavy) 3 sets of 10 side steps, 10 pulses, 10 side steps returning to start position, 10 pulses
